Blek is the mumbai based indie-alternative trio
of Jared Creado, Rishi Bradoo, and Varoon Aiyer. They like chai, Bill
Murray movies, and songs with strange names. Blek have been making quite a name
for themselves and were recently one of the 5 all-India winners of the Ray-Ban
Never Hide Sounds talent hunt.
Blek launched their debut EP "Hexes + Drama, & Other Reasons
for Evacuation" on ennui.BOMB Records on 14th February 2012. The
EP is being hailed all over including a “CD of the Fortnight” review from Timeout

The band is heading out on a national tour to promote the EP starting
with the Eastern leg covering Kolkata, Guwahati, Dimapur and Shillong in a
back-to-back gig series. Future plans include the Southern and the Northern
legs of the tour and a video for their first single off the EP “Fog + Strobe”.
