The Captains of Hook is a three piece rock band from
Chennai.
So it’s a late Thursday evening sometime in August 2011 and
the buzz is back. They’re musicians. Sid is back from the UK, Craig is now a
dad and Hudstin is on his way to meet up with both of them. The three proceed
to exchange a few pleasantries but are all bursting at the seams to hunt down
this Rock n’ Roll dream. Their faces seem to have changed since they last saw
each other; they now wear a f...ew extra scars. “Lets give it one last shot” one of them
says, “Yea, lets see where it goes”. The momentary eyeballing follows,
confirming that they’re still the wild-eyed maniacs they once were. The three
men stand silently wrapped in a deep sense of understanding and awareness. The
deed is done. There is a storm brewing. This one is called The Captains Of Hook.
