Deepu Veluthamana Sashidharan - Silk n’ Steel
One of the most enjoyable faces in a Motherjane concert, Deepu binds motherjane’s diverse elements with intricate chords & fretwork that highlights it’s musical interplays. Handling twin duties on rhythm & backing vocals, Deepu’s are the complementary riffs, tones & harmonies fleshing Motherjane’s music, prompting a Janiac to comment, “If Baiju is the icing, then Deepu is the cake”
John ‘The Flow’ Thomas
A free spirit seeking & rejecting stability, John is forever flowing between spiritual anchors & musical metronomes.
An endearing mix of rigid fluidity & free flowing drumming, he is a key influencer of Motherjane’s style & progressive outlook. His experimental inclusion of traditional percussive elements into the rock “space” keeps throwing up exotic tonal & rhythmic surprises during motherjane concerts.

Santhosh Chandran 'Maestro'
A guitarist, banjo & a tabla player amongst many other things, Santhosh's repertoire and intense mastery over playing styles prompts his nickname. His guitaring is a unique mixture of explosive eastern shreds, flamenco riffs & progressive axe-work that motherjane is keenly looking forward to incorporating in its music.
