Overhung is Sujit Kumar on vocals, Howard Pereira on guitars, Krishna Kumar Venkitachalam on bass and Sheldon Dixon on drums.While all the 4 musicians have been playing with various established bands over the years, it was just natural that their paths crossed and one fine day they decided to Jam. All it took was that One jam and they already had a composition ready, with 2 more in the pipeline. Having already hit the studios a couple of Jams later, the foursome have now decided to come out and play live.
The wide array of musicial influences that exist within the band will be seen live onstage with their vast repertoire that cover Alternative Rock, Funk, Grunge and Blues.
The band, in 3 months of inception, have played 2 Hard Rock Cafe gigs and 2 Huge Corporate gigs (Kenwood U.K. and MAERSK-Denmark) playing the same brand of music. They also have quite a few Original compositions that they play live besides covering come of their favourite Indian bands.
