१ signifies Fairdkot's first musical journey. Its everybody's first album so the number implies a beginning for Faridkot.
The album consists mostly of songs They've been performing and developing over the past 2 years. The band's sound and live shows have also evolved in the process. Since the album was recorded and produced solely by the band, it was a learning experience for all of them. There has been a lineup change too with Reuben Narain(drums) leaving the band to pursue his interests in jazz.
